Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

As soon as you can, but no later than the end of March. (If you are unsure by that time, please keep in contact with us.)

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We plan for the ceremony to start at 1:00 pm, so if you could arrive about half-an-hour before that (12:30 am), it would be greatly appreciated.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Please talk to one of us (Gellen and Kaylyn) if you are wanting to bring another person whom we did not invite.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We are wanting an adult only wedding (invited mature teens are, of course, still welcome).

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal. If you would like to dress within the theme, that is welcomed but not required. The theme is A forest of Stories (So just think enchanted forest, classic fairytales, and literary classics). Colours that would suit this would be greens, browns, and golds. If you think that another colour works, go ahead (within reason, probably not highlighter yellow or hot pink--or white!).

The Registry page is a bit Confusing

Answer

First off, Ignore the Zola registry, and click on the button that says, "MyRegistry.com" and it will lead you to a different site with our registry on it. Aside from what is on the registry we would also appreciate gift cards. The main places are Ikea, Amazon, Superstore, and Walmart. If you have any other places you think we would find useful for kitchenware and other home essentials, feel free to give gift cards from there.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, in the RSVP there is an option to let us know if you have any allergies. We are already planning to have dairy-free and gluten-free options, but we still need to know how many people will need such accommodations.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, the Curling Club has free and abundant parking.
