Our celebration will be cocktail/semi-formal attire. Think suits, dress shirt and tie, nice dresses, or elevated separates. We’ll be outdoors for part of the evening, so consider footwear that works on grass or uneven ground. If you’re joining us for the farewell brunch, feel free to come as you are! Whether you’re in comfy travel clothes or a casual brunch outfit, the party continues!
Please plan to arrive at least 15–20 minutes before the ceremony starts. We’d love everyone seated and ready to celebrate when the big moment begins. Shuttle pickup and drop-off times will be provided closer to the wedding date to help you plan accordingly.
The ceremony will be outdoors, with the cocktail hour and reception taking place indoors and under cover. We recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap just in case the evening gets chilly.
Yes! Shuttles will be provided to and from the venue with pickups exclusively from our two hotel room blocks. We’ll share exact pickup times and locations closer to the date—check back here or watch for an email from us. Post-reception shuttle drop-offs can be coordinated to locations within a reasonable distance from the venue, including nearby hotels, Airbnbs, or local residences. If you’re not staying at one of the hotel blocks, we’ll be in touch to ensure transportation is arranged for you as well. If you plan to drink, we kindly ask that you use the shuttle service or coordinate a designated driver to get home safely.
We truly love your children, but due to limited space, our ceremony and reception will be an adults-only celebration. However, we’d love to see the whole family at our farewell brunch on Sunday, so if you're traveling with little ones or able to secure a babysitter for the evening, they’re more than welcome to join us then! Please let us know how many people (adults and kids) will be joining the brunch when you RSVP so we can plan accordingly.
We strongly encourage guests to use the provided shuttles to and from the venue. For those who prefer to drive, there will be parking available at the venue.
Carlisle in early October usually brings cool, comfortable fall weather with average daytime highs in the mid-60s and evenings dipping into the mid-40s. Heaters will be provided, but we recommend bringing a jacket or wrap for later in the evening when temperatures can get chilly.
Following the cocktail hour's light snacks and hors d'oeuvres, we’ll be serving a full dinner and open bar at the reception. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know when you RSVP so we can accommodate your needs.
Please RSVP by August 30th so we can finalize headcounts for dinner, transportation, and Sunday brunch.
Yes! We’ve reserved room blocks at two nearby hotels for your convenience (see the transportation page for details) If you’re staying elsewhere, that’s totally fine, just be sure to coordinate transportation with us so we can include you in shuttle plans.
