What COVID restrictions will be in place at the wedding?

Answer

While the ceremony will be located indoors, our wedding reception will be located in an outdoor open air structure allowing for easy social distancing. While restrictions are changing daily, current regulations in Ohio require all unvaccinated attendees wear a mask.

Answer

A private shuttle has been reserved to take guests to/from the Embassy Suites to Gervasi Vineyards. The shuttle schedule is as follows so please plan accordingly. If you arrive to Gervasi Vineyards prior to the reception start time of 4:30 pm please feel free to walk around the grounds as the Pavilion and bars will not be open to guests until 4:30 pm. Departure times from Embassy Suites to Gervasi: 3:30 pm, 4:10 pm, 4:50 pm Departure times from Gervasi to Embassy Suites: 8:30-11:30 pm (the last shuttle will depart promptly at 11:30 and this will be the last shuttle of the evening)

Where do I park at the reception venue?

Answer

Please follow the signs towards the "Pavilion" when you enter the property. There will be an attendant towards the beginning of the entrance to guide parking. Please see the above map for reference. There is a "handicap drop off zone" for guests unable to walk the short path to the reception site from the parking lot. Please mention this to the attendant near the entrance upon arrival and they will direct you from there.

Are children allowed?

We are limiting children to immediate family only. If your children are not listed on your invitation then please enjoy a parents night out!

Please RSVP as soon as possible but no later than June 30, 2020.

If your invitation specifies that you have a plus one "guest" then yes absolutely.
