How do you suggest we get to Belle Meade Plantation?

Answer

While there is self parking close by, we suggest that you Uber or take a taxi. Ubers are VERY easy to get in Nashville

Where do you recommend we stay in Nashville?

Answer

While we do have one room block set up at the Hayes Street Hotel, we recommend that you also look into VRBO and AirBnB. Hotels in Nashville tend to be quite expensive and are selling out quite quickly over this weekend. You most likely will get a better rate with a VRBO or AirBnB, especially if you have more than two people.

I am looking into VRBO/AirBnB, what area of town do you recommend we stay?

Answer

East Nashville, Downtown, Midtown, Green Hills, Belle Meade, Edgehill, 12 South, Belmont, The Gulch are all great areas. These areas are safe and also very accessible to the Nashville site as well as Belle Meade Plantation

I am flying into Nashville, should I rent a car?

Answer

That is completely up to you, however it is not necessary. Ubers/taxi's are very accessible in Nashville. However, should you want to do a lot of site seeing in Nashville such as Arrington Vineyards or Jack Daniels which are a bit further away, then yes we would recommend a car.

What time should we arrive at Belle Meade Plantation

The ceremony will start promptly at 5:45pm, therefore we ask that we arrive 10-15 min prior to grab a beverage, mingle, and take a seat.

Can I bring my children?

We love ALL of your children, however we have decided to make this an adults-only celebration and children to family ONLY. We hope you understand

Will food and drinks be served?

Answer

Oh yes there will! We will have passed appetizers, a full open bar, as well as a full dinner, and desserts! Our main mission is to make you stuffed (the Southern way :-))!

Will there be dancing/entertainment?

Ummm, is there a sun and moon? LOL. Of course we will have dancing. We have arranged for a fantastic Nashville band that will help you dance your tush off. This ain’t no Footloose. Remember your in the south y'all.

What time will the reception end

Answer

The reception will end at 11:00pm. We are only 5 miles from downtown Nashville. Feel free to grab an Uber/Taxi and continue the party on Broadway!

Will the ceremony be taking place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors and the the cocktail reception as well as dinner and dancing will be in indoors, however it is early April in Nashville, so it may be cool, therefore dress accordingly
