When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP through our website using the "RSVP" tab. Please RSVP by June 11th so we can get a final headcount to the caterer and venue.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will start at 3:00, so please arrive between 2:30-2:45 to make sure everyone is seated and settled before we start.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress up, please! The ceremony will be outside, but the reception will be inside the barn.

Can we take our own photos?

Answer

We do ask the ceremony itself be "unplugged" and respectfully ask phones be put away during this time. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you'd like!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Monarch Valley has free parking and lots of it!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, we want to give you a night off, so this will be an adults-only party! If this is a deal-breaker, please let us know!

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Answer

Yes! There is a golf cart that can drop off anyone who cannot walk the path to the ceremony.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, please arrange to have a designated driver for your party.
