We're getting married

We met on Bumble during peak pandemic times—because of course we did. First date was a dog walk at Blue Hills. Jen brought Luna, her seasoned adventure buddy. Andrew brought Walter, a puppy he had no business raising yet. Somehow, everyone survived. The walk went well enough that Andrew asked Jen out again—that same night. She agreed, mostly out of curiosity. Dinner led to a lot more dinners. Somewhere in the mix, a relationship showed up. We bonded over a shared love of the outdoors, a willingness to dive headfirst into projects we probably shouldn’t start, and dogs who rule the house. We’ve built a business, remodeled kitchens, landscaped yards, and somehow still like each other at the end of it. In May 2024, Andrew proposed on top of Mount Monadnock. It wasn’t flashy, but it felt right—the kind of moment you don’t need to dress up to know it’s big. Now we’re getting married in a castle—because we wanted something timeless, and also because we might have spent too much time watching Game of Thrones.
