We have reserved a block of rooms at Double Tree Hilton Boston-Andover for your convenience. Please book by September 17th, 2026 to receive the special group rate. You can book online using the discount link or call 978-975-3600 and mention the Ryan Caruso Wedding Room Block

Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your invitation.

Is there free parking at the Black Swan Country Club?

Yes! The Black Swan has plenty of parking if you choose to drive yourself

Is there transportation provided for the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We want everyone to celebrate safely, so we are covering your Uber rides between our hotel block and the reception venue. How it works: Before the Ceremony (2:00 PM): Guests will drive or arrange their own travel to the church in Peabody for the ceremony. After the Ceremony: Head over to the hotel to check in and freshen up! The reception venue is about 30 minutes away from the hotel block. To the Reception (4:30 PM): Use our Uber voucher link to get a ride from the hotel to the reception on us. Heading Back: At the end of the night, the same voucher link will cover your Uber ride back to the hotel. *Check back for the uber voucher closer to the wedding day.
