We’re Getting Married!

In the Summer of 2012, I decided to return to my childhood church with my family. One Sunday, the worship service just ended and everyone was greeting each other/sending each other off. My stepmom saw a friend she had not seen in a while and wanted to introduce me to her son, Josh. We all met and talked for a while, then we went our seperate ways. On our way home I said to my parents, “I am going to marry Josh one day”. Little did I know, Josh found my stepmom’s email and asked for my number to invite me to youth group. It was truly love at first sight. Josh brought my heart back to Christ. Since that day, we both continue to encourage each other to be the best version of ourselves. Our entire relationship has been faith-based from day one and we truly believe that God put us together.

Josh brought both of our families together on Christmas Eve 2018 for a lovely dinner. Once everyone was present, Josh gave an amazing speech saying how incredible it is that we are able to bring two loving families together. He said that there was no better way to integrate our families than to ask me to marry him!! BEST. DAY. EVER.
