We kindly ask guests to dress in Black Tie Preferred attire. For women, midi-length or longer dresses are highly encouraged. Please no dresses above the knee or cocktail attire. For men, suits and ties are appropriate, with the option to wear a tuxedo if you’d like to elevate your look. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in style!
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 PM. We kindly ask guests to arrive by 5:30 PM to get settled and enjoy a welcome drink before we begin. Friday traffic through Hartford can be unpredictable, so please allow yourself extra time to arrive comfortably.
We kindly ask that you RSVP by Sunday, August 2nd. Our vendors require a final headcount by this date. Any unanswered RSVPs will be counted as a “no.” Thank you for your understanding—we appreciate it!
Yes! We will be providing shuttle service between the hotels and the venue. There will be two pickup times and two return options. Pickups will take place in front of the SpringHill Suites (both hotel options share the same parking lot). The first pickup will be at 5:00 PM, with a second pickup at 5:25 PM. Return shuttles from the venue to the hotels will depart at 10:35 PM and 11:00 PM for guests who prefer not to attend the after party. Please note that shuttle seating is first come, first served. If you choose not to use the shuttle, the venue is approximately a 7-minute drive and offers ample parking. For those joining us at the after-party, buses won’t be provided—but we’ll have Uber credits available to get you back safely and easily. The afterparty is a two minute walk from the venue.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one that will be indicated on your invitation. Thank you for your understanding!
We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults only events with the exception of the little ones within the wedding party. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night or time for yourselves!
Yes! Love is intoxicating the drinks will be on us and the hangover will be on you! Gratuity for our venue staff is always greatly appreciated.
