Alexandria Cimoch

Maid of Honor

"Our story started with a tennis racket to the face (courtesy of Alexis), and somehow that chaotic moment turned into one of the most important friendships of my life. For over a decade, Alexis has been my constant—through childhood walks around the neighborhood, late-night talks, and spontaneous Target runs that turned into hours of laughter and heart-to-hearts. She’s the friend who shows up without being asked, who knows when I need a pep talk or just a coffee, and who’s been there through every high and low. I feel so lucky to have grown up with her, and even luckier to have her by my side as I step into this next chapter." -Catherine

Emily Gear

Best Woman

"Emily has been someone I’ve looked up to my entire life. As the oldest of my four sisters, she’s always helped guide me and has played a big role in shaping who I am today. From giving me advice on my future to showing me how big the world is through her love of travel, she’s always inspired me. She has always supported me through every stage of life and I know I can rely on her whenever I need advice or just someone to talk to. Through her warm and outgoing personality, she made Catherine feel welcomed from the very beginning, I’m extremely grateful to have her as my sister and honored to have her standing by my side as my Best Woman." -James

Anne Gardetto

Bridesmaid

"I’ve always felt so lucky to have two older sisters, but Anne was the one I especially looked up to growing up. She taught me what it means to stay strong, to work hard, and to never give up, no matter what life brings. Some of my most cherished memories are from visiting her at UW–Platteville during my senior year of high school. I went several times, and each visit felt like an escape from everything hard—she always made me feel welcome, safe, and at home. Anne has such a steady, comforting presence, and she’s been one of my greatest examples of strength and love throughout my life." -Catherine

Joey Janik

Groomsman

"I met Joey my first year of college when we joined the same fraternity, and we’ve been close ever since. He’s one of the most genuine people I know and is always down for whatever you’ve got planned. You can count on him no matter what, whether it’s helping you move or stepping in to help Catherine at her fundraiser events. He’s reliable, easygoing, and just a great person to have around. I’m really glad to have him standing by my side." -James

Margaret Steffen

Bridesmaid

"Growing up, Maggie and I were practically attached at the hip—sometimes by choice, often by our parents’ design. When she had to change schools, I went with her. When we got a little brother, we were told to share a room. I won’t lie, she drove me a little nuts most of the time, but looking back, I realize how lucky I am that our parents brought us so close. Some of my favorite memories are our 7:15 pm evening walks with our dad, morning coffee chats, and always having a constant friend in my house. Maggie has been my built-in partner in life, and I am so grateful to have her by my side on this day." -Catherine

Maverick Berner

Groomsman

"I met Maverick in college, and right away, I knew I'd never meet another Maverick. He is one of one and has always been easy to talk to, even though you can bet he is the one doing all the talking. He’s outdoorsy, a great cook, and somehow always has something growing. Living with him came with a lot of laughs and good times. He’s one of the funniest people I know, and I couldn’t imagine this day without him." -James

Cloey Tougas

Bridesmaid

"Cloey and I met through James, but fate had bigger plans—she ended up going to the same college as me, and I just so happened to be her RA down the hall. What started as a chance connection grew into a beautiful friendship, one that’s weathered thousands of miles, school transfers, and even a pandemic. Ours is the kind of bond where we can go a year without seeing each other and pick up right where we left off, as if no time has passed at all. Cloey is one of those rare, grounding souls you’re lucky to find in life, and I’m so grateful she’s part of mine." -Catherine

Graham Tougas

Groomsman

"I met Graham in middle school and we got even closer when we went to the same college. His wife and Catherine hitting it off was just one more reason life lined up the way it should. He’s incredibly trustworthy, always someone I can rely on, and one of my go to concert buddies. We share a love for good music and a great burger. He can also make a solid drink, and will keep them coming. Happy to have a loyal friend standing by my side!" -James

Hailey Erdtmann

Bridesmaid

"Hailey and I met at the end of our freshman year of college, and there was an instant connection. We bonded over our shared love for reading and writing fiction, and both of us told our significant others that we thought we had just met our best friend. Our friendship grew even stronger when we became RAs in the same building our sophomore year, affectionately known as “the banger.” I loved having her just one floor up for late-night chats, endless reruns of Gossip Girl, Gilmore Girls, and One Tree Hill, and of course, the discovery of big cup peanut butter cups (a shared obsession to this day). Hailey is thoughtful, witty, and loyal—one of those rare friends who feels like home no matter how much time passes." -Catherine

Darren Lillard

Groomsman

"Darren has been part of my life since middle school, and as my brother in law, he quickly became the first big brother figure I had. He’s always been someone I look up to. He’s smart, genuine, and confident in who he is. He introduced me to the gym, and we’ve spent a lot of time working out together over the years. I’m really glad to have my brother in law standing by my side." -James

Mariah Vanden Plas

Bridesmaid

"I met Mariah during our time as RAs, thanks to Hailey, and from that moment on the three of us were inseparable. Mariah was always the cool friend—and not just because she somehow managed to sneak an AC unit into her RA room sophomore year. While Hailey and I were the homebodies, Mariah was the social butterfly who could make anyone feel welcome. One of my favorite memories is her making me tiny pancakes in her definitely-not-dorm-approved pancake maker, a perfect example of her warm and fun-loving spirit. Mariah brings so much joy and laughter wherever she goes, and I am so lucky to call her one of my closest friends." -Catherine

Jack Perrin

Groomsman

"Jack is my oldest friend, we’ve been close since kindergarten and even ended up going to the same college. No matter how much time passes, he’s always the first one to reach out and get everyone together. He’s the guy who brings the group together, makes sure everyone feels included, and keeps things fun. We’ve made a lot of great memories over the years, from trips to the UP and camping to beer fests and everything in between. I’m really glad to have my oldest friend standing by my side." -James
