Where Should We Stay?

Answer

We recommend staying at the Mayflower Park Hotel in our discounted hotel block since it is close to downtown attractions and will be where shuttle picks up guests for event. Please note, the hotel block reservations end on April 20.

Do I Need to Rent a Car?

Answer

No! Public transportation from the Seatac airport is very easy, and many places are easy to get to by walking, bus, light rail train, or Uber. Transportation to wedding will also be available from the Mayflower Park Hotel downtown. If you plan on traveling outside of Seattle, a car is recommended.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dressy-casual: Please wear clothes that are a bit more dressy than everyday wear. Dresses, suits, skirts, slacks and button downs all welcome! Ties are optional. Please bring a jacket and wear shoes you are comfortable in as event will be outside.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at 3:30pm as the ceremony will begin at 4pm.

How Do I get to the Wedding?

Answer

We will have a shuttle picking guests up at Mayflower Park Hotel and taking them to event space. You can also Uber, Taxi, or drive as there will be parking on site.

Is There Parking at the Reception Space?

Answer

Yes, there is free parking on site.
