August 2016 

We met on our first day of work! Samantha was a few minutes late to their first new teacher meeting and there were no seats left at the table. Drew stood up and pulled a chair up next to him and let’s just say the rest was history! We started working together as first year teachers, in the same school, in the same grade! Even though we didn’t admit it at the time, it didn’t take more than a few days to realize this was something different. We started dating right away and it was clear we found our person in each other!

We were supposed go get married last summer on July 3, 2021…but COVID had other plans! Instead of staying home that weekend feeling said, we took an amazing trip to Charleston, SC! It was such a fun weekend and we loved exploring Charleston.
