This is a small, intimate pre-wedding ceremony. It's seen as a way to get the couple 'ready' for the wedding, by giving them blessings and applying turmeric (haldi) paste on them. There will be a light lunch after, so please let us know if you'll be attending! Vibes: fun, casual Please note: this event is completely optional! It takes place a couple of hours before all the rooms are officially ready - there will be plenty of common space to hang out after the event as the rooms are getting ready, but there will be no place to get ready before.

This ceremony embodies the family-fun spirit! Traditionally, families held Jaggo ceremonies to spread the news of a wedding in the days before modern communication. Now it’s a fun way to celebrate with mehendi (henna tattoos), performances, great food, and a dance party! There will be aperitivo, buffet dinner, and an open bar ;) Vibes: high energy, party

Anand Karaj, translating to “Blissful Union,” is the Sikh marriage ceremony. It involves the couple walking four circles around the holy scripture (Guru Granth Sahib) while hymns for each circle representing stages of married life are recited. During the ceremony, shoes need to be taken off, and head coverings are required. We can provide head coverings if needed. There will be a simple, Indian vegetarian lunch afterwards. Vibes: respectful, peaceful

This is the 'traditional' Western wedding day. There will be an outdoor ceremony, followed by a cocktail hour, reception dinner, and a dance party. The villa is ours until checkout the next day, so don't stress and party the night away :) Vibes: romantic, full of love, followed by full of dancing!
