Beacon Rock State Park. Not the actual rock, that's a lot of walking. We will be at the upper picnic area, listed here: https://maps.app.goo.gl/x9n3E8QVy26RhWWB9
34841 WA-14, Stevenson, WA 98648 You’ll want the Upper Picnic Area on maps. Or type Beacon Rock Upper Picnic Area on your map app.
Nope, we will cover your pass for the day. But if you do have a Discover Pass you're more than welcome to use it.
There are 30 spots at this site so we highly encourage carpooling.
Same place, right after the ceremony ;) Michael and I will be busy taking pictures for a little while after the ceremony so mingle, have a snack and Italian Soda.
There's a couple of ways you can RSVP. You can click on the RSVP link here on our wedding website, send Devon a text at 360-991-8423 or send an email to gaylordsmith5424@gmail.com. It should show you on your invite. :)
Please RSVP by 3/23/2024. Myself or my bridal party will do last minute reach-out texts by 4/15 to those who have not responded. If we receive no response by 4/6 we will assume you are not coming as we need to get an official headcount.
We have created a honeymoon fund through HoneyFund in lieu of a physical gift registry. We will also have a Venmo QR code and card box at the guest book table as well. https://www.honeyfund.com/site/gaylordsmith5424
Casual wear is perfect. Dresses, button up shirt, slacks/pants. Bring something warm because the weather might be a bit chilly and the gorge can be a bit windy.
Please arrive between 1:30- 1:55 PM. The ceremony starts at 2PM so we need you to be here at least 30 minutes before it starts.
The picnic shelter we rented can only accommodate so many people so we ask that only those on your invite (or listed on our RSVP list here on Zola) come with you.
Cheers dears, it's going to be BYOB. Just be mindful that you'll have to drive back down the way you came up. The drive up to and down from the picnic area can be a pain.
If they are listed on your RSVP, then yes. Keep in mind this is a pretty large area and you will need to keep your eyes on your kiddos so they won't wander off and get lost.
I hope not, there may be some campers in other parts of the park. Other than that we should not be encountering other events.
