Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

As we finalize our guest list, we have made the decision to keep the event more intimate, and unfortunately, we won't be able to accommodate plus ones (unless specified in your invitation). We hope you understand our choice and appreciate your support in making our day memorable.

Question

When should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 4 pm. To help the day run smoothly, we kindly request that guests arrive 20-30 minutes before the scheduled ceremony time. There is parking on-site and at a neighboring property. We will be closing the gates prior to the ceremony start time since the entrance for parking is close to the ceremony site. Your punctuality will not only be greatly appreciated but will also allow us to start the ceremony on time and make the most of every moment together.

Question

Can we bring our kids?

Answer

As we plan our wedding, we have made the decision to have an adults-only ceremony and reception (unless specified in your invitation). While we adore children, we hope you understand our choice to create an atmosphere that allows all our guests to relax and enjoy the festivities.

Question

Can we take pictures?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony. We firmly ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. For the rest of the wedding, we encourage guests to take/post pictures. We have selected an amazing professional photographer who will capture the ceremony and reception, and we are more than happy to share those photos with you. That being said, we do not want any phones or additional cameras blocking any of her potential shots.

Question

How do I RSVP? When should I RSVP by?

Answer

When you receive your invitation in the mail, there will be a link to this website. You may RSVP through the "RSVP" tab at the top of this page, or text Hope at 360-540-6417. We would appreciate an RSVP by May 22, 2024. We understand that things arise, so please just know if anything changes regarding your ability to attend as soon as you can.

Question

What do I do if I can't make it?

Answer

If you know that you are unable to make it, we would appreciate you marking that under the RSVP section of our website or sending us a message. Since we have to provide our vendors with a head count, this will be extremely helpful! We completely understand that circumstances may arise, preventing some of our loved ones from joining us on our special day. If you find yourself unable to attend, please kindly let us know as soon as possible by texting Hope at 360-540-6417. Your presence in spirit means a lot to us, and we appreciate your understanding.

Question

Are you registered for gifts?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift, and we're so grateful to have you share in our joy. For those who have expressed interest in offering a gift, we have created a wedding registry to make it easier for you to choose something meaningful. We are starting our life together and any gift is greatly appreciated. You can find our registry under the "Registry" section of our website, or by going through Zola and searching our names. Your love and support mean the world to us, and we're looking forward to celebrating this special day with you.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

As we envision the celebration, we are suggesting a semi-formal dress code to enhance the elegance and style of the occasion.

Question

Have you reserved hotel blocks for the weekend?

Answer

Unfortunately, June is a very busy time for tourists in the area, thus making it harder to reserve hotel blocks. We also understand that some people have different budget restrictions, which is why we decided not to reserve hotel blocks. We have a section under our website that has some recommendations for different hotels around the area. Airbnb is also a great option and can be more affordable around this time of year. We appreciate your understanding!

Question

Indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the wedding and reception will take place in the same area, and everything will be outside. Since it will be June, it is likely that the temperature will be warm to hot. We suggest that you prepare for any weather and bring a jacket just in case it gets cold. Also, we suggest that you plan accordingly to walk in the grass/gravel.

Question

Will there be food and drinks served?

Answer

Yes, we will be serving dinner, dessert, and drinks to all of our guests in attendance. We have decided not to serve alcohol at our wedding, but we don't mind if you'd like to bring your own.
