Question

Can I get early check in to the hotel block?

Answer

The only way to guarantee early check in for your hotel room on the day of the wedding is by booking a room for both Saturday night and Sunday night. To request early check in at our hotel block please call the Westchester Marriott at (914) 631-2200.

Question

How do I get to GHC? Where should I stay?

Answer

We recommend staying at our room block at the Westchester Marriott. For more information on how to book, visit the "Travel and Accommodations" tab above. From the Marriott it is a 15 minute Uber ride to the venue. We will not be providing a shuttle. You are also welcome to stay in Manhattan and take in the sites of the big city! It is only a short train ride to the venue from Grand Central Station. If you are joining us for the Shabbat Chatan and Kallah please e-mail FromSteinToKlein@gmail.com to request shomer shabbat accommodations

Question

What is the Tisch/ Bedeken? When should I arrive?

Answer

We ask that you arrive promptly at 4:00pm for the beginning of the Tisch and Kabalat Panim. During this time Evan and Gavi will greet and celebrate with their guests prior to the Bedeken, the veiling of the bride.

Question

What is a Chuppah?

Answer

When people refer to the time of the "chuppah" it is often synonymous with the ceremony. A chuppah has four corners and a covered roof to symbolize the new home the bride and groom are building together.
