We are so excited to celebrate with you! An official RSVP deadline has not been set yet, but it will be shared once our invitations are sent out. Please check back for updates, and be sure to RSVP as soon as you are able, once the deadline is announced, so we can finalize our guest count.
Our Ceremony will begin promptly at 6 p.m. We kindly ask guests to begin arriving at 5:30 p.m. to allow plenty of time for parking, finding your seat, and settling in before the ceremony begins. Our violinist will begin playing prelude music at 5:30 p.m. and we would love for you to enjoy this special part of the evening as you arrive.
The Dress Code is Black Tie Optional. We would love to see everyone dressed in their best as we celebrate this special occasion together. For gentlemen, a suit and tie or tuxedo is appropriate. For ladies, a floor-length dress, cocktail dress, or other colorful formal attire is encouraged. We also encourage guests to dress comfortably, as the ceremony will be held outdoors and the reception will take place both indoors and in the courtyard.
To keep our guest list intimate, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on each invitation. If your invitation includes a guest, their name will be listed or the invitation will indicate "and Guest." We kindly ask that only those specifically invited attend. Thank you for understanding and helping us celebrate with our closest family and friends!
While we love your little ones, we have chosen to keep our wedding a 21+ celebration. However, a small number of children who are immediate family or have been a special part of our relationship will be included in our guest list. If your child's name is listed on the invitation, we would love to celebrate with them. Thank you for understanding!
The Bridesmaids will be wearing light pink dresses. Guests are welcome to wear any colors they feel comfortable in; however, we kindly ask that you avoid wearing white, ivory, or colors that resemble the bride's attire.
We kindly ask that our ceremony be an unplugged event. Please refrain from taking photos, videos, or using your phone during the ceremony. We invite you to be fully present with us and experience these special, once-in-a-lifetime moments through your own eyes rather than through a screen. Our professional photographer and videographer will be capturing every special memory, and we look forward to sharing these photos and moments with you after the wedding. Thank you for helping us create a distraction-free ceremony.
Yes! There is plenty of parking available at the venue. A parking lot attendant will also be on-site to assist guests and provide added security throughout the evening.
You will be greatly missed! If you cannot make it, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "Not Attending" so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd and your plans have changed, please reach out to Gavin, Skylar, or any immediate family member. Timely updates help us finalize guests counts, seating arrangements, and other details for our special day.
