We're getting married!

Gavin and Morgan’s story started back in high school, though neither of them knew at the time just how important that connection would become. Fast forward to July 2021, when one simple date at Chili’s changed everything. From that night on, the two of them were hooked. Life was busy with rodeo and sports, so weeks sometimes went by without seeing each other. But whenever they did get together, it felt like no time had passed. Gavin made his way to the Schuelke house early on, winning over Morgan’s family with his kind heart and good humor. Before long, he felt like part of the crew. More weeks went by, again not being able to see each other. Who knew you could miss someone you just met? The time finally came where they could see each other again, but their parents wouldn't allow it as neither of them were home. Mind you, they were only 16 at the time! They resulted to a movie night at Morgan's older sister and Maid of Honor Bailey's house. Where they watched the movie "Dirty Dancing" and caught up. After just three times of meeting each other, Gavin decided to make things official. On July 22, 2021, they were officially "boyfriend and girlfriend." Morgan anxiously watched Gavin pull out of the driveway waiting to spill the beans to her sister. Not long after, Morgan headed off to college. There were a few conversations along the lines of "should we really do this?" But they valued their connection and knew their love was something deeper than a summer fling. The distance could have been tough, but instead it proved how strong their relationship really was. Most weekends, one of them made the two-hour drive just to spend time together. As it turns out, the old saying “distance makes the heart grow fonder” couldn’t have been truer. Now, Gavin and Morgan live in Kearney, Nebraska with their sweet miniature long haired daschund Dolly. Their little "family" is everything they could have ever dreamed of, and they cannot wait to continue through life together. What a privilege it was for Gavin and Morgan to grow up together. They have gone through so many seasons of life - high school, college, engagement, and now husband and wife. Morgan and Gavin are ecstatic to move through the rest of life together, hand in hand.
