Question

What time should we arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 3:00 PM sharp, we kindly ask guests to arrive 30 minutes early so you have plenty of time to park & find a seat for the ceremony.

What will guests do between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

A cocktail hour will begin immediately after the ceremony at the reception venue.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Plus ones are included on the invitation. However, if you believe there has been an error or if you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to Gavin or Mikaela.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

There is no formal dress code, wear whatever you feel great in. If you wanted to lean into the vibe, think rustic-western fall wedding. Boots and jeans with a button up (or even a jacket if you’re feeling fancy😉) for the boys, and jeans and a cute blouse or even boots and a fun dress for the girls!

Is there transportation after the ceremony?

Answer

A shuttle will be available at the end of the night to transport guests to the four hotels listed under the Travel tab. The shuttle will make two trips on the night of the wedding. (11:00PM and 11:45PM) Guests are also welcome to leave their vehicles at the venue overnight and pick them up the following morning.
