How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can click the RSVP tab above and RSVP at any time. We will also include a paper RSVP with a QR Code with the invite as well for you to scan!

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by no later than January 15, 2025. Earlier is always appreciated!

Do I have to RSVP?

Answer

Yes, please! This is important in the planning process as we finalize ceremony seating and dinner at the reception. If we do not get a RSVP back by the deadline we provided, it will be marked as “will not attend”. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns about RSVPing by the deadline date. We want to see your wonderful faces at our big day!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We’d love to see our friends and family dress up with us! We are requesting cocktail attire (semi-formal) for our wedding. Please no jeans, T-shirts, sneakers or flip-flops. & of course no white! The theme is “Bridgerton/garden”.

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we can only allow people named on your invitation. We want to keep our wedding intimate with our closest friends and family. Thank you for your understanding!

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kiddos, but we are asking guests to refrain from bringing kids unless otherwise stated on the invitation. We are hoping this is a much desired night off for the parents!

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held outdoors and our reception will be held indoors. The reception is 5 minutes down the road from the farm.

Is there parking on site?

Answer

There is parking available at both venues. For the ceremony on the farm there will be signs where to park and at the venue where the reception is. If you plan to be drinking, please carpool and be responsible!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

You can arrive between 2:15pm-2:30pm. We ask that you arrive and be in your seat no later than 15 minutes before the ceremony starts. Which will be held at 3:00pm. It will take time to park and walk to the area the ceremony will be held, and we want everyone to be seating when it starts!

What if I am running late?

Answer

Our wedding will begin promptly at 3:00pm. Unfortunately if you are not seated by then, you will miss the ceremony.

Can I take pictures or videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request to have an “unplugged ceremony” (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say “I do”. We have hired a professional photographer to capture this moment for us, and we plan to share our photos with you as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you’d like!

What happens after the ceremony?

After the ceremony the bridal party will be taking photos around the farm and then head to the reception venue taking photos around the venue for about an hour and a half. Guests can enjoy cocktail hour with drinks and appetizers.

Where will cocktail hour be held?

Answer

When you arrive to the Vintage Oak Estate they will direct you where to park, and show you where cocktail hour will be held. We will have the reception area closed off until we arrive, and the house will be closed off until we conclude with our pictures inside. After we have our “grand entrance” feel free to explore around the venue as you’d please.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We will have unlimited varieties of beer, local wine, sangria, water and sweet-tea will be stationed at our mobile bar. We will have bartenders to pour it for you. The drinks are on us, and the hangover is on you! However, please drink responsibly :)
