What time does your event start?

Answer

Our invitation states a 5:30pm start for our party on Saturday, 10/18/25. Since the nightclub owner would like to open to the public around 10:00pm, we are pushing start time of our event to 5:00pm. Thank you!

Why are there two dates listed on your website?

Answer

We are having a small ceremony on Friday, October 17th. The main event with our friends will take place on Saturday, October 18th. When you see us at the big party, we will already be newlyweds!

Are our children invited?

While we love your kiddos, this is a 21 and older event as the reception will be held at a nightclub. Thanks for your understanding! We look forward to spending time together with your whole family in the future.

Are you registered?

Answer

We are not registered for any physical items, but if you would like to contribute to our Honeymoon fund via the Zola website, we would be very appreciative. We will be using those funds to pay for our Honeymoon and to settle down in the future. There is an option for Venmo and credit card, however it appears that the website does charge a processing fee for cards. Thank you for your generosity!

What is the best way to get around in Chicago?

Answer

Chicago has amazing public transit. The "L" is Chicago's train system that can be used to easily access the majority of the city. You can purchase single ride tickets, a day pass, or simply tap your debit card at the turnstile to purchase a ticket, which is what we usually do when we are riding the train. A single ride is $2.50 and a single day pass is $5.00. Chicago also has a bus system that is easily available. Fare is $2.25 for a single ride and you can use your Debit card to pay upon boarding the bus. Other than public transit, we recommend Uber or Lyft as there is always availability.
