Question
What do you recommend for transportation? Is there a shuttle?
Answer
Yes, we have a shuttle! The Abe Martin Lodge is 20-25 minutes away from The Barn at Timber Ridge and the Brown County Inn is 15 minutes away, although with peak season traffic the drive can be longer. We currently have a shuttle booked to/from both. If you drive your own car, be sure to leave lots of time and enjoy the beautiful scenery on a drive along a winding ridge of the southern Indiana foothills. Shuttle Times: 3:00pm - Pick up at Abe Martin Lodge 3:20pm - Pick up at Brown County Inn 9:30-11pm - There will also be two shuttle trips back near the end of the reception. There are approximate 25 seats, so if you don’t get a seat on the way there & end up driving, see the special note below 😊 *Special Note* - We want everyone to make good choices and stay safe! If you decide to party harder than you anticipated and/or don't catch a ride on the shuttle, you can leave your car at the wedding venue and catch a ride (either on one of the 2 return shuttle trips or let a member of the Anderson-Larson family know you need a safe ride, and we'll help find someone who can give you a safe lift into the Nashville area). Please pick up your car from the venue by 10am on Sunday.

What should I wear?
Answer
Weather pending, the ceremony will be outdoors and a short walk down a gravel road from the parking lot. With this in mind, you may want to consider climate and terrain when choosing your wedding- & foot-wear :) ...and maybe even hat-wear (think sun shade!). We will have an assortment of parasols for sun shade as well. If you think you will need assistance (a ride) down to the ceremony site, please notify a member of the venue or wedding coordination team and we'll find someone to give you a lift!

Is there an after party?

We suspect that there will be some informal, post-wedding celebrations at the Abe Martin Lodge after the wedding!
