Gavin, Jane and Walt decided to take a weekend trip to a cozy cabin near Finland, MN. On Saturday, they had plans to do their favorite thing - hike all day, pack a turkey sandwich, chips and a cookie, and come back for a hot dinner, fire and some beers. They started the day at Crosby Manitou State Park. Jane stopped to get a photo of the falls along the way, and Gavin and Walt continued down the trail. She caught up with them and found Gavin standing there with Walt. He told her to look at the new name tag he got for Walt. When she looked at it, it said "Will you marry me?" She said yes (of course!), then they hiked to an overlook to enjoy the moment before continuing with their turkey sandwiches at Taconite Harbor, then another hike at Oberg mountain before heading back to their cabin to celebrate.
