Sacramento International Airport
Sacramento International Airport (6900 airport blvd) is going to be the closest airport to the venue. This airport is about 35 minutes away from Auburn, CA which is where we have our hotel block. You are more than welcome to fly into any airport of your choosing however please note it may be a further drive.
Train
Amtrak
If you choose to not rent a car this Amtrak will take you from Sacramento, CA to Auburn, CA (where most guests will be staying) for $16 one way. The commute ranges from 70 minutes to 87 minutes depending on time of day.

Shuttle
Shuttle from SpringHill Suites to Venue
June 11, 2025 3:15 pm - 11:00 pm
A shuttle will be running from 2:45pm-3:45pm to take guests from SpringHill Suites to the venue, the shuttle will also be on site to shuttle from Cocktail hour to reception area. Shuttles back to the hotel will resume at 9pm and end at 11pm. If you choose to stay at a different location in Auburn you can still utilize the shuttle you will just need to find transportation to/from SpringHill Suites.

Rental cars/ Turo
If you prefer to rent a car there are rental options available at the airport or Turo is another popular option for a more personalized car rental. We have not used it personally but have had it recommended to us multiple times.
