Wedding Reception at Puterbaugh Gardens

8.15.26

We’ve decided to keep our wedding ceremony small and intimate with a destination wedding. This felt like the most us way to begin our marriage. The good news? We’re still celebrating with everyone on August 15th at our wedding reception at Putterbaugh Gardens, and we cannot wait to party with our favorite people. We’re so grateful for your love and support and can’t wait to celebrate together!

Our Story

Sometimes the best stories begin before you even realize it.

Our dads attended college together, but it wasn’t until the summer of 2021 that our paths truly crossed. We reconnected during a church internship, and it didn’t take long to realize how much we clicked. There was something easy about our friendship like we’d known each other longer than we had. Eventually, life took us in different directions. Gavin moved to Wyoming to attend WyoTech, and I moved to Nashville to pursue music. For nine months, we navigated long distance—learning to communicate with honesty, pray with patience, and love each other with intentionality even from afar. When Gavin graduated, he moved to Nashville. For the first time, we got to live out the everyday moments we had spent months dreaming about, cooking dinner together, spontaneous drives, and growing side by side. From a small town to a long-distance season, we’ve grown up together in a way that feels anything but accidental. We believe marriage is more than a milestone it’s a calling. A reflection of Christ’s love for His Church. A covenant. And we don’t take that lightly. We’re so thankful to step into this next season hand in hand with each other, and with the One who brought us together. We can’t wait to celebrate with you because this story has never just been ours.
