Our wedding is RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If there is a guest included, it will say their name or "and guest".
While we would love to celebrate our big day with everyone and their families, we are limiting invitations to adult guests only. If your little ones are invited, they will be specifically listed accordingly. Thank you for your understanding!
The dress code for our wedding is evening cocktail attire. We recommend guests dress appropriately for Virginia fall weather!
Yes! We will be providing shuttles from each of the hotels to the venue and back. Please make sure you request early check in when possible as the shuttle will be leaving shortly after standard check in time. These are only 32 passenger shuttles due to size limitations at the venue. Please take first available shuttle when possible as they will need to make a couple trips. More details on timing will become available soon. Please indicate on your RSVP if you plan on using the shuttle service, so we may accommodate all for a timely arrival prior to the ceremony. If you choose to drive, there is a gravel parking lot near the reception location, a short walk from the ceremony site.
Should we encounter any liquid sunshine, our venue and provided transportation to and from will remain. All guests will be ushered to the appropriate location for the ceremony upon arrival, regardless of which celebration style our day has in store.
Please pick a seat, not a side - you are loved by both the groom and the bride! Reserved seating for the wedding party will be clearly indicated in the front row.
Prior to the ceremony all guests are welcome to capture the little moments leading up to event on their personal devices. During the actual ceremony there is to be absolutely no photography from our guests. We have contracted a fabulous professional photographer to capture our ceremony so all our guests may share in our moment live with us. Please refrain from having out any phones or cameras during our ceremony. These photos from our photographer we will share. The remainder of the evening we encourage all our guests to feel free and resume capturing the beautiful atmosphere on their own devices, if they wish.
