When is the RSVP deadline?

We ask that all RSVPs are in by April 1st, 2026.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We plan to have the ceremony outdoors, weather permitting. The reception will be held indoors either way.

Is the wedding child friendly?

Answer

Yes, of course! We do ask that all parents be held responsible for watching their own children.

Can I take pictures with my phone?

Answer

We ask that during the ceremony, please leave your phone in your pockets or purses. Before or after that, please feel free to take as many photos as you like. All we ask is that you share them with us before posting on any socials.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We will provide free non-alcoholic drinks, but all alcoholic drinks will be cash/card.

How early can I show up?

Answer

You can show up as early as 3 pm, but please know that if you do show up that early, you will be put to work helping with set up. If you'd rather not be put to work, please arrive no later than 4:15 pm.

How do I access the reception venue?

Answer

There is both an elevator and 2 stairways to access the reception area. One stairway is inside, while the other is outside, right in front of the parking lot.

Where do I park?

Answer

You may park along the driveway or in the parking lot that the venue provides.

How many bathrooms does the venue have?

Answer

We have access to two bathrooms in the reception area. Please feel free to use those 2.

What attire should I wear?

Answer

We ask that you dress formally. Weather permitting, the ceremony will be on grass, so keep that in mind. Please attempt to avoid wearing: White or Red. We would love for the bridal party to stand out.

Can I bring additional people?

Answer

We are limited to the number of people we can have, so the RSVPs will include everyone invited. We wish we could invite more family/friends, but there are limitations.

Can I bring my pets?

Unfortunately, we ask that all your lovely fur babies stay home.

Where can I smoke?

Answer

There is a designated area (parking lot) for smokers. Smoking is not permitted anywhere indoors or in the gardens.

How long is the wedding?

Answer

We have access to the venue from 3 pm to 11 pm. The Ceremony and reception will be from 4:30 pm to 10 pm. If you'd like to stay and help clean up after 10 pm, that would be greatly appreciated!

Will there be a seating chart?

Answer

We will not be designing a seating chart; feel free to sit wherever you like!
