Please RSVP by June 1st.
The baraat (groom's entry parade) will begin at 1:30pm in the parking lot. We invite everyone to arrive at that time and join the groom in dancing his way to the wedding! Please note for any allergies/sensitivities that the groom will enter on a horse, and there will be loud music and loud drums. The wedding ceremony will begin at 2:30pm, and guests are welcome to come directly at that time if they wish to skip the baraat.
We would be happy to accommodate any allergies! You will be prompted to fill in any food allergies/restrictions when you RSVP. The menu is all Indian food, and will be served buffet style. For any severe allergies where cross-contamination is a concern, please note this when you RSVP.
The dress code will be Indian formal/Western formal (cocktail or long dresses, suits and ties)! There are no color restrictions, and it is okay to wear the same color as the bride or groom. We welcome all of our guests to wear Indian clothes if they choose. Amazon or Etsy have several affordable Indian clothing options -search "Indian wedding attire". Many people choose to change between the ceremony and reception. This is not required, but you are free to do so if you choose. There are bathrooms to change at the venue, or guests will have time to go to the hotel between events (the break time is from 4pm-6pm).
There is free parking at the venue, both valet and self-park. Shuttles from the hotel to the venue will be provided on Saturday at 12:30 and 1pm. Guests taking the shuttles will arrive at the venue in time for the baraat at 1:30. Please arrive at the front entrance of the hotel 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Shuttles from the venue to the hotel will be provided after the reception at 11:30pm and at 12:00am. The DJ will announce the shuttle departure ten minutes ahead of time. Guests are welcome to Uber to and from the venue, though we would recommend leaving some extra time for travel based on availability.
