When is the RSVP deadline?

We would love to celebrate with everyone, due to space constraints, we are only able to accommodate guests who have previously indicated their need for a plus one.

We absolutely love your little ones, but we kindly ask that the ceremony and reception be an adults-only celebration. We appreciate your understanding!

What will the weather be like?

In October, the weather in Newport News should be within the low to mid 70s. Please bring warm layers for the evening.

Where should I park?

Answer

There is parking in front of Keffer Hall, with additional parking in our gravel lot. If more parking is needed, there is ample parking outside of Marina Bluff (housing association) on Marina Lane.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

There is a handicap ramp going into Keffer Hall.

Formal attire, fall colors encouraged!

Is it okay to take pictures on my phone?

We’re so excited to celebrate with you! To keep the moment intimate and distraction-free, we kindly ask that you put your phones away and enjoy the ceremony with us—no photos, please! We have a wonderful photographer capturing every special moment, and we can’t wait to share the pictures with you. Thank you for understanding!
