Hotel
We’ve reserved all of the Chateau's rooms for the nights of July 6th and 7th. While it’s not required, we’d love it if you stayed with us. If you would like to join us at the Chateau, read on: All room reservations will be made by bank transfer and not on the Chateau’s website. Do not try to reserve a room using the Chateau’s website, you'll find that it's fully booked out by us - ha! All payments for rooms must be completed using the Chateau’s international wire information linked below. If you do not know how to make an international wire, please visit our FAQ page or text Hannah or Alex. When making the transfer, you must indicate “Wedding Hannah & Alex + [number of guests]” in the payment reference field. The rate we negotiated is: €300/night per room. Please only make one transfer per room. Breakfast on property the morning of the wedding is €22 per person to be added to your payment. Brunch on the morning after the wedding is being hosted by Mr. and Mrs. Gaudio. If you are using a Chase account, please note there is a fee taken out of your end amount vs. added on - which will change your final amount sent to the Chateau. The rooms are first-come-first-serve. The Chateau has 40 rooms, which should just about be enough for everyone, but if we get more RSVPs than we are expecting (good problem to have!), then we may run out of rooms so book your room soon. For groups of 3 or more, reach out to Hannah or Alex first due to limited room availability for larger groups. For those traveling with babies, please add *baby* in your payment reference. You will not be picking a particular room when making your reservation. We will be assigning rooms based on the number of guests and other accessibility details. But don’t worry, we’ve got you! See here for payment info. All guests will need to pay via bank transfer to: GOLF AUGERVILLE CHATEAU DAUGERVILLE AUGERVILLE LA RIVIERE 45330 BIC - SWIFT : SOGEFRPP IBAN : FR76 3000 3015 5300 0200 2360 555
