What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

You should plan to arrive at the ceremony by 4:30. The ceremony begins at 5pm and you will not be let into the venue after 4:55 pm - until the ceremony has completed. There is a transportation service taking anyone who wants it from the Artisan Hotel to the ceremony at 4:15 pm on July 18th. If you plan to drive yourself to the venue, there is a parking lot at the base of the venue where you can park and a shuttle bus will bring you to the top where the ceremony will take place. There will be signs.

Unfortunately, other than immediate family, this is an adult only wedding.

Absolutely! Let us know your allergy and we will convey that to the venue.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be a parking lot at the base of the venue where you can park. There is a shuttle that will take you from the parking lot to the venue.
