Both the ceremony and reception will take place at IronSpire Events in Adamstown, PA. All wedding festivities will be held at one location.
Please plan to arrive by 3:30 PM to allow time for parking, finding your seat, and settling in. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM.
Yes, complimentary on-site parking is available at the venue. Please note if you leave your car in lot, it must be picked up by 9am the following morning or it may be towed.
Guests staying at the hotel may check in beginning at 2:00 PM.
Yes. Shuttle service will be provided for guests staying at the hotel. - Shuttles from the hotel to the venue will depart at 3:00 PM and 3:30 PM. - Return shuttles from the venue back to the hotel will depart at 9:30 PM and 10:00 PM. *Following the reception, an informal after-party will begin at 10:15 PM at the hotel bar. All guests are welcome, and no RSVP is required.
Rideshare services are limited in this area, and wait times can be 15–20 minutes or longer. Guests staying at the hotel are strongly encouraged to plan to take the scheduled shuttle service listed above.
The dress code is semi-formal. Tuxes and gowns are welcome, as well as suits and cocktail dresses. We recommend comfortable shoes for dancing.
Yes, the celebration will take place rain or shine at a covered, open‑air venue with high pergolas and open garage doors that provide shade and natural airflow.
Dinner will be served buffet-style, with a variety of options available.
Yes. Please include any dietary restrictions when completing your RSVP so accommodations can be made.
Yes. Tables will be assigned, but seating at each table will be open. Escort cards will be displayed at the reception entrance to help you find your assigned table. Couples and families have been placed at the same table.
We are only able to accommodate guests listed on your invitation. Guests invited with an “and guest” are kindly asked to include their guest’s name when submitting their RSVP.
While we love your little ones, this will be an adults‑only celebration. The only child in attendance will be our flower girl, who is part of the wedding party. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you.
We kindly ask guests to silence their phones and be fully present with us during the ceremony as we say “I do.
