Can I drive or take a ride-share to the wedding venue Saturday?

Answer

Yes! If you have a rental car, you will be able to park at the property. Ubers/Lyfts can also be used to/from the venue.

If I am staying at the hotel blocks, what time are the wedding shuttle services?

Answer

Buses will arrive at The 1 Hotel, Grand Hyatt and Marriott Towneplace Hotels at 4pm and depart promptly at 4:15 pm for the venue. The buses will return from the venue to the hotels at 10pm, 11pm, and 12am.

If I am not staying at the hotel blocks but plan on taking Saturday's shuttles, where should I go?

Answer

Please arrive at Grand Hyatt hotel at 4pm for a prompt 4:15pm departure.

What does Black Tie Optional mean?

Answer

For guys, dark suit & tie or tux. Boots and fun western ties are welcome! For ladies, knee length or longer dress in any color. It does not need to be a dark color, and bright, spring colors are welcome! The wedding ceremony will be outside (pending good weather), but ladies, please consider bringing a wrap or jacket. Good news - the outdoor ceremony is not on grass, so ladies don't need to worry about your shoes sinking into the ground!

While we wish we could predict it, we're hoping for low to mid-70 temps and no rain!

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your kids, but the welcome drinks and wedding are for adults only. Brunch Sunday is kid & baby-friendly, and seeing them would help our hangovers :) If you need local babysitter recommendations, please let us know.

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

BNA is the airport code for the Nashville airport. Note: Southwest has the majority of flights that go in/out of Nashville though you can find more limited airfare with Delta, American, United and Allegiant.

Do I need a rental car?

Answer

Likely not. Ubers/Lyfts/taxis are easy to come by at the airport, and downtown Nashville is very walkable.

What if the hotel blocks appear to be sold out?

Answer
