A recommended option is the 290 Wine Shuttle. Tickets can be purchased through their website. Check with wineries prior to make sure your group doesn't need a reservation and whether you like red or white, dry or sweet, Fredericksburg wine trail has something for all wine lovers!

East Main Street

East Main Street, Fredericksburg, TX 78624

Main Street is the center of the action in Fredericksburg, where you can find more than 150 shops, boutiques and art galleries as well as dozens of restaurants, wine tasting rooms, a brewpub, two museums & more. Shopping has been a reason folks come to Fredericksburg for years - as shops on Main Street are all locally owned and operated by people that call Fredericksburg home. Franchises and chain stores are not allowed in the National Historic District (which runs along Main Street) so rest assured that your Fredericksburg shopping experience will be unique. Main Street is also home to two notable museums - the National Museum of the Pacific War at the East End and the Pioneer Museum at the West End. Of course, shopping opportunities continue beyond the museums but they serve as fantastic visual references when exploring downtown Fredericksburg.

Dining

Fredericksburg, TX

Farm-to-table dining is the norm in Fredericksburg, as the Fredericksburg area has deep roots in agriculture and is home to some of the best farms, orchards, and wineries around. Whether you’re enjoying casual eats like burgers and queso or a romantic dinner and sushi, Fredericksburg’s culinary scene has a lot to offer. You can find an array of dining all along Main Street and The Warehouse District, but some of our favorite restaurants in FBG include: Breakfast: Emma and Ollie's Squeeze In Lunch: Woerner's Cafe Hye Market Sozial Haus Dinner: Pasta Bella Bella Sera Ottos

The Warehouse District

Fredericksburg, TX

Just off Main Street in downtown Fredericksburg, you’ll find the Warehouse District. Beginning just South of Main Street along Lincoln Street & extending over to Llano and Washington Streets - the Warehouse District is home to unique home goods stores such as Larry Jackson Antiques, Blackchalk Home and Laundry, Room No. 5, Gus Antiques and Carol Hicks Bolton Antiquities. The Warehouse District is also home to restaurants like Woerner Warehouse - known for their fabulous breakfast and lunches and laidback local favorite, Lincoln Street Wine Bar is also located in the Warehouse District, along with wine tasting room Vintner’s Hideaway - all tucked just one block South of Main Street.
