When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP by July 14, 2025. The base needs a list of all guests attending in advance and if we do not receive your RSVP by then, we cannot guarantee that we can add you to the list.

Are Photos Allowed During the Ceremony?

Answer

We’d love for you to be fully present during our ceremony, so we kindly request an unplugged ceremony— no phones or cameras, please. Don’t worry, we’ll have plenty of professional photos to share after! During the reception, we encourage you to take photos and videos throughout the night to share!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask that our guests wear cocktail attire and no white!

Are kids welcome?

While we love your little ones, we are limiting children attendance to family only.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we cannot accommodate all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Plus ones are by invitation only and we ask other guests to please not bring a plus one. Please refer to your invitation for invited guests. Thank you so much for understanding!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking available right outside of the ceremony and reception space.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have booked a hotel block at Navy Station Newport for the night after the wedding. This hotel is right on the same street as the reception and is probably the cheapest and most convenient option!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 5:15 PM.

Will the Wedding be Inside or Outside?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outside in the field next to the Newport Officers’ Club. The reception afterwards will be held inside with the option for guests to go out on the deck.
