Is there a promo code to use and how long does it apply?

Answer

Yes! The promo code is RGWOCT26XEC. It is valid for stays between October 28 and November 2. That said, you are not limited to those exact dates—you may arrive earlier or depart later if you prefer. (We will be there from October 26–November 2.)

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, please dress in resort casual attire! (With the exception of the events on Saturday, October 31.)

How many people can fit in a room?

Answer

The maximum occupancy is three (3) guests in a Junior Suite Garden View or Pool View, and two (2) guests in all other suite categories.

Are there room blocks?

Answer

No, unfortunately the resort does not offer room blocks.

Question

After I booked my room, I got an email saying "It's time to request your room number." Is this required?

Answer

No, it is not required. It is an option if there is a particular unit or area that you would like to request to stay at.

Are there any special forms that I need to complete prior to travel?

Answer

Yes! All passengers entering or departing the Dominican Republic must complete an electronic entry and exit form. See additional details under the Travel tab.
