Where's Pinetop, AZ?

For our non Arizona locals, Pinetop is about a 3 hour drive from Phoenix. We hope everyone can make the trip and enjoy a fun weekend in the woods!

Can I bring a date?

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests printed on your invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to restrictions with the venue, only children that are in the wedding party are invited. We hope parents can use this as a fun night out!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Garden Party (Cocktail) Don't be afraid of color! Proper Shoe Attire: Ladies, please avoid stilettos as there is a lot of uneven ground and grass.

What is the weather like in Pinetop, AZ in June?

June in Pinetop is your ideal weather! Warm and sunny with usual highs of 80's and lows of 50's.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a block of rooms at the Greentree Inn, please call hotel directly and mention Garza Wedding block to get discounted rate. Book before April 15th, 2026 to get the discounted rate. Please see the Travel tab for other hotel recommendations near the venue. There are plenty of Airbnb's in the area that we recommend checking out as well!

The Night Before

We’d love for you to join us for a casual night out before the big day! We’ll be gathering at Charlie Clark’s Steakhouse at The Orchard (in the back). The restaurant offers a full menu and bar, so feel free to order whatever you’d like — food and drinks will be available for purchase individually.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Please arrive to the Greenhouse on Woodland no later than 3:45 P.M. so that the ceremony can begin promptly at 4:00 P.M.

Transportation to the Ceremony

Answer

Ride shares like Uber and Lyft can be a bit hard to find in Pinetop, so we recommend planning ahead for transportation. If you prefer to drive, the venue has a large parking lot that can accommodate up to 60 vehicles, and overnight parking is allowed if you end up having a little too much fun celebrating with us! For guests staying at the Greentree Inn, we’ve arranged a SafeRide shuttle that will pick you up before the ceremony and bring you back after the reception. In addition to the shuttle, we will also have two SafeRide drivers available to schedule a pick up from your Airbnb or other stay location, to drop off at the venue. You will just need to call SafeRide at 928-368-3573. Throughout the evening the same drivers will be available to take guests back to their Airbnbs or other locations in Pinetop. Our goal is for everyone to celebrate safely and enjoy the night!
