Wedding Party

We couldn't imagine this day without our amazing friends and family who keep us inspired and laughing. Get to know our "I Do Crew!"

Kimberly van Boden

Matron of Honor

Kim and I have been adventure buddies since college. We met in, what is to this day, one of our favorite places on earth - Burlington, VT! The early days of our friendship included matching Camelback packs, outdoor adventures in the Green Mountains, lazy days at Oakledge Park, and farmers' markets. We even worked not one, but two, jobs together (one where we mostly made smoothies for Kim's now husband). After college, we let our adventure bugs grow and traveled to Barcelona, Spain and Vancouver, British Columbia together. And now, we're just patiently waiting to plan our next adventure...

Andrew O'Neill

Best Man

Where to start... Well, I guess on 8th Ave, where Andrew and I were neighbors and little kids. I have known Andrew my entire life and we have spent a lot of time together over the years doing the things we love. From Legos and playmobiles to trading cards and riding bikes, and from architecture and engineering, to working together on a high-end resi project in NYC - we have done it all! I’m glad for all of the memories and am excited for what our future holds. Andrew is a pretty funny guy too, but you will find that out for yourself in due time...

Therese Kerestes

Bridesmaid

If you know the Williams' you've probably been to one of their 45-person family parties. Well, I was just getting used to it... and Therese was there every step of the way to make sure that I knew everyone's names. She even made sure that I survived my first mani-pedi at Emily's wedding... it was wholeeee thing. My sister-to-be and I share a deep appreciation for retail therapy, and in our world, happy hour always starts before 5.

Thomas Kerestes

Groomsman

Tom the elder, or doc as we now call him, and I go way back. I first met Tom at P.S.U where he taught me the ropes of navigating an intense party school... I was always stoked when Tom included me, and glad he did! Tom and I have had a blast working together, taking down State Patty's day, building a basement bar, or tailgating at Trinity (where Tom was often confused as a student because he never missed a good tailgate!). Tom is also a new dad, and is doing a great job! Or at least that is what my sister tells me...

Emily Pereira

Bridesmaid

Emily was the first person in the Williams' family I met after starting to date her brother. The scene was a whiskey bar in Hell's Kitchen and Emily had just gotten engaged to her now-husband Mike Pereira. It only took one night out to realize we were made to be! Glass (let's face it, bottle) of bubbly? Easy! Amazing meal? No problem! Us two can take on any night. At least until Emily heads to bed at 9:30 pm... (let's face it 9).

Michael Pereira

Groomsman

Mike decided to marry my sister (I never held that against him) which has grown our relationship into what it is today. Mike and I met on the football field back in high school, when he was a shy, yet talented, middle linebacker. Mike and I share a passion for a good time, Jefferson Reserve (or Ocean if they have it), a good steakhouse, poker, and of course SPORTS! We also enjoy talking shop, everything, and anything construction. Although Mike is much more obsessed with concrete than me....

Melissa Williams

Bridesmaid

I met Melissa at my first-ever E-A-G-L-E-S! game. She saw me and, without hesitation, ran right over to strike up a conversation. You literally can't leave us alone or we'll be chatting away into the wee hours of the morning! Mel graciously tolerated Gary's and my long stent at 45 Splitrail #roomies and we've shared the bliss(?) of planning our weddings in a pandemic. Melissa is still trying to teach me to Tik-Tok...

Dan Stetser

Groomsman

For Dan and I it was simple, we both liked a good IPA, and we have shared many. I have also had the pleasure of seeing his palate expand over the years (he even drinks All Day IPA now). It has been great spending more time over the last year playing chess and navigating COVID wedding planning, and it is even better to add another brother to the fam. FYI, he took my last sister off of the market! Lastly, although I am not very good at FIFA, that has not gotten in the way of our friendship, phew. P.S: Dan, looking forward to an invite for the next frisbee golf excursion...

Serena DiMattia

Bridesmaid

Serena is one of my oldest friends. (I even knew Serena before her hair was red...) Inseparable in college, we painted the town from long nights on the dance floor at Red Square to classic VT meals at Farm House. On one sunny VT day before senior year, Serena and I took the ferry across Lake Champlain to Plattsburg to pick up a tiny black lab who we named Sage. We quickly went from typical besties to co-dog moms. I was the bad cop she was the good cop.

Connor McLeod

Groomsman

As you can tell by the last name, Connor is Vienna's little brother, and someone I have enjoyed getting to know over the years. He and I have spent many days out on the lake, tooling around, drinking some Mezcal, and exploring all of the amazing scenery Lake George has to offer. Although he has moved on to Colorado, I always enjoyed his passion for the outdoors, and I am definitely jealous of his golf game....

Ryan McGinn

Groomsman

Ryan and I, AKA the bookends. For anyone who does not know football, note that there are two defensive ends on each side of the d-line, that was us. He and I played ball together at the Prep and have not looked back since. We've spent many summers together training, tailgating at Kenny, and of course rooting for the birds, either at the Linc or at Shorty's. And I’m feeling #blessed that after years of hard work I finally got him to make the move to NYC, yet another reason why I am spoiled to have another great friend. Fun fact, he loves superman...

Sushil Trivedi

Groomsman

Sushil is a very passionate young man. We share many of the same passions, but where we really differ, is in our support for the NE Patriots. It is hard to cheer for a team that seems to win EVERY FRIGGIN YEAR. Anyway, Sushil and I met back at Trinity College during freshman orientation. Somehow we found each other sitting at the same table and annoying the same people (like Maddie who he married years later). Since then, we have watched a lot of football, cooked a lot of great food, strolled the city streets, and taken some fun and memorable trips along the way. He is also a braver New Yorker than me, and is fighting the good fight in NYC! Over / Under that Sushil has a great time at Lake George?...

Eamon Hanifin

Groomsman

Eamon and I have known each other since our days at Trinity, where we were teammates and fast friends. Eamon and I also had the opportunity to become roommates after college, but he has yet to answer my request (it has been 10 years). Now that he has a new roommate (his wife), I think there will be a slim chance we get to live together at this point... Since then Eamon and I have rendezvoused through NYC's bar scene, searching for the best sours. Anyway, Eamon is a great guy and has been voted one of the funniest and most well-read in the group. He also roots for the Washington R*******, so we feel for him. Lastly, if you happen to catch him at the reception, DO NOT ask him to explain the difference between Marvel and DC unless you have all day...

Matthew Delconte

Groomsman

Matt Delconte has been called many things, meatball being one of them. Matt and I had the pleasure of playing the best position together at Trinity for all four years: d-line. Matt is always up for a good time and never shies away from a good steak dinner or wings with the boys. He is one of the most intense and competitive guys I know, so do not challenge him on the corn hole board! Actually, challenge him, because I do not think he is very good...

Tim Costello

Groomsman

Tim is more than a kicker and Californian to me, he is a great friend. He and I have been buds since College. Since then, he has opened my eyes to all that California has to offer: great fishing and better burritos! Oh, and the best part, football starts at 10 am and ends at 8 pm on the west coast. While Tim opened my eyes to the west coast, I opened his to great Easter egg hunts and Easter Sunday Mass! I also had the amazing opportunity to live with Tim during and after college, and boy does Tim like his sleep. And lastly, do not be alarmed if you see him overdressed or complaining about the cold weather on a beautiful fall day in LG. It's a California thing...

Nana Yaw Appah-Sampong

Groomsman

Nana and I go back to our days at Trinity College, and quite frankly, he may have been the loudest and biggest personality on the entire football team, and maybe even at the college! Since then, Nana has grown his beautiful family and has three very cute girls (they get their good looks from their mother, not father...). We have stayed very close over the years and I am very fortunate to be a part of his young family's life. It is safe to say, you will probably see Nana let loose a little during the wedding...

For all the days along the way
