FAQs

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Glad you asked! While there is no specific dress code, we would suggest you show up in something light and beachy as it will be humid. For the guys, we would prefer no board shorts, however, a dressier short will be just fine. Flip flops are acceptable as you will be walking through the sand for the ceremony. Please also keep in mind, we will not have chairs at the ceremony site as it shouldn't last too long. We are hoping our guests will stick to light, neutral, earthy toned color schemes, so nothing too bright or loud!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than August 10th as we will need to send a final guest count and meal preference to the restaurant where dinner will be hosted after the ceremony. Please be sure to select your meal preference when rsvp'ing to dinner.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We do not currently have anything else planned but please keep an eye out as we will make updates to this page as we book!

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Of course we would love it if everyone could stay at the same hotel as we are but understand that we are already asking so much of those who are able to attend. Please check the Travel tab for hotel recommendations for a range of budgets. We would also strongly suggest checking websites like Airbnb and VRBO as there are many affordable options in the area.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We would suggest renting a car if you are able. If not, there will be Ubers in the area.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be parking for the dinner that will follow the ceremony. Space will likely be limited in the area where the ceremony will be held, but we will be sure to find all the areas you will be able to park! There will be several people with rental cars as well and we would encourage carpooling when possible.
