When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible. However, the deadline is 31st January 2026. Please make sure you RSVP in time as we need to provide our venue with exact numbers and don’t want to miss celebrating with you!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We can’t wait to see you dressed up for our big day! Our dress code is formal for our wedding day however black and white is reserved for the wedding party. Our day two dress code is beach club chic, swimwear encouraged!

Will the wedding be outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will be held outside, weather permitting, so please dress accordingly to the weather!

How do I get to the venues?

Answer

We will be providing a bus from the church to the reception venue and back to a central drop off point in Cala Millor. Parking is available at our reception venue (Hotel es riquers). We will also be providing bus transport from Cala Millor to Hotel es riquers for the day 2 pool party. For return transport we recommend pre booking taxis as our venue is rural, we can provide taxi company options closer to the date. Please let us know if you do NOT require bus travel. Please note that when arriving at the Church venue (Església Nova), car access to the town is not permitted unless a resident.

Can I take photos/videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We would love for all of our family and friends to be fully present during our ceremony, so we kindly request all phones are turned to silent and put away. Our professional photographer and videographer will be capturing our day and be able to share images with everyone! After the ceremony please feel free to take as many photos as you want, however please don’t share any photos of the bride and groom on social media until they have had the chance to do so first!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Although our ceremony starts at 2pm, we recommend you arrive 15 minutes before to ensure you have time to take your seat and enjoy the music!
