This is where all of the events for the wedding will be happening. We did get a block of rooms, so please use the code (G-2JEN) to get a room. Please use the date range 3/01 - 3/05 or 3/02 - 3/05 and include the amount of guests to see current available rooms and rates. If you are wanting to stay longer than the 5th, you must first make your reservation from 3/1 or 3/2 - 3/5 and then email your confirmation code to (josedejesus.alonso@hyatt.com) & (karla.cruz@hyatt.com) with what room you are wanting to extend and how many people are staying in that room. You can cc me on the email (kasgal24@gmail.com) and I will also help clarify your booking if needed. If you plan on going to the wedding, you have until December 1st, 2022 to book your room. You will not be charged on your credit card until you arrive at the hotel. You have until January 15th, 2023 to cancel the room and not be charged. If you cancel after this date you can get charged depending on hotel capacity. In case your flight gets delayed and you will not make it on the first night you have booked, please email (josedejesus.alonso@hyatt.com) & (karla.cruz@hyatt.com) as soon as you can and you will not be charged for the first night.
