1. What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 15 - 20 mins prior to ceremony time in order to allow all setup to complete

2. Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Ceremony - Partially Covered Rooftop Cocktail Hour - Partially Covered Rooftop Reception - Bier Hall (Indoor)

3. What will the weather be like?

Answer

Yes, it is Florida, however, it will still be chilly. We will provide light blankets at the ceremony, but we definitely still recommend bringing warm clothes. January can range in average temperatures from 66-84 degrees.

4. What should I wear?

Answer

As this is a formal event, dinner casual attire is requested. Please no jeans.

5. Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

There is a public parking lot across the street from the venue for you to park, there are also Uber & Lyft services available in Jax if you would prefer to utilize this option

6. Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Kids are welcome, of course, however our own children will be leaving shortly after supper. As this is a brewery, we know many people will be drinking more once supper has concluded.

7. What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

Answer

FOOD is our top priority! Cocktail Hour: We will have bar food during cocktail hour provided by the venue. Including: sliders, cheese curds, fried pickles, etc. Reception Hour: - Intuition Ale Works has a killer bar that will have beer and wine with a prepaid tab. Once that tab has been reached, the bar will remain open but will become a cash bar - Valley Smoke BBQ will provide brisket, pulled pork, poblano corn, etc. - Cantina Louie will provide a taco bar & chips with queso dip & salsa - Charcuterie Grazing Table with varying fruits, meats, cheeses & candies - Dessert Table full of mini desserts, treats, & cupcakes - Late Night Munchies: Final round of Bar Food from venue

8. Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Intuition Ale Works has a killer bar that will have beer and wine with a prepaid tab. Once that tab has been reached, the bar will remain open but will become a cash bar

9. Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

Answer

No. Please do not take any photos during the ceremony, we have hired an amazing photographer and videographer to capture this day perfectly. We ask that you live in this moment fully with us! :)

10. What's the best way to RSVP?

Answer

Please ONLY RSVP on the website, we will absolutely not remember texts, emails nor conversations as our memories are horrid lol!

11. I can't attend the wedding in person. Will there be a virtual wedding celebration?

Answer

This is such an amazing question as so many of you whom we love live so far. However, this is not an option we will have available unfortunately.

12. Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

Gifts are not required nor expected as we just want to celebrate with you! We do have a honeymoon fund for our trip to Ireland if you would like to gift us a few bucks to try some new foods, but absolutely not required!

13. When will the reception end? Will there be an after-party?

Answer

The reception is set to end between 10 & 11pm, depending on the vibe, it might be so much fun to walk to a few more bars downtown!
