Our story began back in 2017 at James Madison University, where we met and quickly became close friends. Somewhere between late night talks and Hunter constantly fixing things around Cara’s apartment (and assembling more furniture than he’d like to admit), a strong foundation was built. Life took us on our own paths for a while, but the friendship never faded. We finally took the leap and started dating two years ago and by the end of the year, we knew we didn’t want to do life without each other. Since then, we’ve been soaking up every moment together, traveling whenever we can, discovering new food and drinks, and laughing our way through it all. What started as friendship and laughter at JMU has grown into a lifetime of love, partnership and the love of our lives. We can’t wait to celebrate the next chapter surrounded by the people who mean the most to us.
