Embassy Suites by Hilton Houston West - Katy

The Embassy Suites is our primary hotel. You can either click "view" below or call the Embassy Suites to make your reservation. If you call, please let them know you are booking for the "Garvey and Brown Wedding." There will be an evening welcome reception on Friday September 24, 2021 for guests who choose to stay at the Embassy Suites. There will be a shuttle to bring you to Ashton Gardens before the ceremony and back to the hotel after the reception.

Flight

George Bush Intercontinental Airport - IAH

IAH is about 35 minutes from the Embassy Suites and the Marriott. All major airlines fly into IAH, and Southwest just added some flights into IAH too! There are definitely more Southwest flights into Hobby, so if you're set on flying Southwest, I'd check out Hobby too.

You can make your reservation by clicking "view" below or by calling the Marriott. If you call, please let them know you would like to book for the "Garvey/Brown Wedding Block." Unfortunately due to COVID-19, there will no longer be a shuttle to take guests from the Marriott to Ashton Gardens.

Hobby Airport is about 35 minutes from the Embassy Suites and the Marriott. If you are looking to take Southwest, then this is your airport!

Shuttle

Shuttle from Embassy Suites

September 25, 2021 4:15 pm - 10:30 pm

There will be a shuttle to take guests to and from the Embassy Suites the day of the wedding. There will be two shuttle runs before the ceremony: the first will be at 4:20 p.m. and the second will be at 5:00 p.m. The shuttle will also be available to take guests from the venue to the Embassy Suites during the reception for anyone wants to leave before the end of the reception. The shuttle will make it's final "early" run at 9:30 p.m., after which time it will stay at the venue until the reception ends at 10:30 p.m.
