What do I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! Please indicate this on your RSVP as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly. If it is close to the wedding date, please email us at gartman.livi@gmail.com.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:00 pm. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and find your seat. If you are coming from the island please try to leave an hour before the time you wish to arrive at the venue. During this weekend there will be a Music festival on the island which brings in more traffic than usual so traffic coming off of the island may be unpredictable.

Is there a dress code?

We’d love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting cocktail attire ( semi- formal) for our wedding.

Can I bring a guest/ date?

Answer

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow people named on your invitation.

What is the weather like?

Answer

Swansboro, North Carolina will be warm around that time of year. An estimated 80 degrees Fahrenheit during the day and 60 degrees in the evening.

Will the ceremony and reception be at the same place?

Yes.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes the drinks are on us to a certain amount and then the bar will turn into a cash bar. We will be providing an assortment of beer and wine, as well as one signature cocktail.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

213 West offers easy accessible parking at the event space. You may drive, carpool or Uber to the wedding. We will have a shuttle service at the venue from 7:30-10:30pm so you may safely get back home if you have been drinking. The venue does allow for your vehicle to stay over night as long as you pick it up by 10:00 AM the next day.
