No, no outside alcohol will be permitted on the premises. There will be a limited bar for much of the event though, with beverages provided by a licensed vendor. There will also be non-alcoholic options (water and lemonade) available as well.
There will be plentiful parking, with Overlook staff directing you to a designated location.
No, all confetti, confetti poppers, glitter, rice, bird seed, sparklers, fireworks, etc. are prohibited.
Smoking (regular cigarettes or e-cigarettes) and vaping is NOT permitted inside any of the buildings. There are designated smoking areas provided outside though. Please be sure to remain in those areas whilst smoking and extinguish all cigarettes in the receptacles provided.

If you would like to pay using Venmo, you can send it to @Ashley_Garrison or @SFreund3 (last 4 digits of phone are 2114 for Ashley and 0771 for Stephen) and we will send half of your gift to the other person :) 3. If you would like to pay using PayPal, you can reach out to Ashley for email address and phone # if needed 4. If you would like to pay using Zelle, you can select Ashley Garrison as the recipient and half of the gift will be passed along to Stephen :)

If the weather is nice, the ceremony will take place outdoors, and the reception indoors. There will also be a cocktail hour taking place outside, but in a covered location.
Restrooms are located in the small building connected to the barn by a covered walkway.
We plan to send out invitations sometime in July 2025, then will ask that people RSVP by Monday, September 8th so that we have time to follow up with anyone we haven't heard from before we need to finalize numbers and plans with our vendors. We will have people RSVP electronically via Zola by going to the "RSVP" tab on our website, searching their name, then answering a few questions about them/their family members.
Yes! If anyone has mobility issues, let whoever is showing folks where to park know that you're requesting assistance. They should direct them to a handicap spot then will bring a golf cart over to pick them up. They can be driven to the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception areas.
