Please arrive 15–30 minutes before the ceremony start time (4PM EST). When arriving, follow signs to the left for the outdoor ceremony.
Yes! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are all located at Emerald Lake Golf Club.
Dress to celebrate! Cocktail attire recommended. Think dresses, jumpsuits, or dressy separates; suits or dress shirts with slacks are perfect. We’ll start outdoors and finish indoors—September in Charlotte can be warm, so lightweight fabrics and comfortable shoes are encouraged. Please no jeans, shorts, flip-flops, or athletic wear.
Invitations will indicate whether an additional guest has been included. Due to space limitations, we are unable to accommodate guests not listed on the invitation.
This will be an adults-only celebration. Attendance is limited to guests aged 18 and over.
Registry information is available on the website. We are registered through Zola and Target; details can be found under the Registry tab. Happy to also take check or cash that will go to our Japan Honeymoon!
Accommodation details can be found on the Travel tab of the website. We have secured room blocks at two hotels and have also included several Airbnb options for your convenience.
No, not provided by the couple. Highly recommended to utilize Uber or Lyft to and from the venue.
Yes! There is a large parking lot available in front of the venue. Also vehicles can be left overnight if needed.
