What happens if I didn't RSVP or I bring an extra guest that wasn't invited?

Answer

You can wait until all food is served and may have any leftovers. There is a gas station down the street where you can purchase your own alcohol. We will not make any arrangements to the dining area. If there is no room for you to sit, you may sit upstairs or outside. PLEASE RSVP & LET US KNOW OF ANY PLUS ONES THAT HAVE NOT BEEN ACCOMMODATED FOR.

Where and when will the buses be leaving and dropping off?

Answer

We will have buses picking up and dropping off at the hotel that will take guests to and from the wedding. Buses will start loading at 2:30PM and will depart around 3PM. Buses will leave the wedding at 11PM, unless a bus is full enough to take back before. You do not have to book at the hotel to take the bus and are welcome to leave your car at the hotel. You may also choose to drive and, if needed, leave your car at the lot of the venue and retrieve it the next morning. Please let us know if you plan on utilizing the bus so we can get the best head count. SAFE TRAVELS is our biggest priority!!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Please wear all BLACK. Can be black tie or white tie. Think garden cocktail or formal in black. The ceremony will be outside in a covered area with fans. The reception will be indoors. If you need help, please text Skye at 636-439-0245. Please wait 2 business days for a reply.

Are children invited?

Answer

NO! We love them, but please leave your children with the grandparents or sitters this night. The only children allowed are in the wedding party and will be leaving after dinner.

What kind of food/drinks will you have?

Charcuterie bar during cocktail hour with an open bar. Buffet dinner and dessert bar with an open bar and gardening favors. Partake wisely. *MENU WILL BE UPDATED ONCE FINALIZED* *PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU HAVE A FOOD ALLERGY*

What if I drive there and can't drive home?

Answer

Please consider taking the bus. If needed, we should have room for anyone that drives to the venue and shouldn't be driving home from the venue. You can leave your cars at the venue, but will need to retrieve them by 9AM the next morning. The hotel may have rooms available, but not guaranteed unless booked before. Please plan accordingly and do not stress me out by being unsafe.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Answer

Yes, but please know that we will have plenty. There is a gas station at the top of the street if there are any last minute drink needs for the after party at the hotel.

Can I smoke?

Answer

Gardening favors will be provided and smoking is allowed OUTDOORS. Occasional vape usage is allowed inside, but PLEASE be respectful to the venue, staff, and other guests.

There are indoor air-regulated bathrooms for everyone.

Can I swim or fish at the venue?

NO! Please do not try to jump in the water. You will not make it home.
