Eagle County (EGE) and Aspen (ASE) are both about 45 minutes away. Denver International is the most connected option — rent a car and take I-70 west through the canyon. It's a drive worth taking. Getting Around Downtown is walkable. For everything else, Ride Glenwood is the city's free bus running daily from 7am to 7:30pm. There's also a new on-demand shuttle — the Downtowner — available through the Ride Roaring Fork app for $1 a ride. If you want to explore the canyon or get out of town, grab a rental car at Eagle County. Where to Stay Hotel Maxwell Anderson — Right in the heart of downtown, steps from everything. It's the oldest hotel in Glenwood Springs, and the rooms and mountain views hold up. maxwellandersonhotel.com Courtyard by Marriott — Courtyard by Marriott Glenwood Springs $189 to $199 per night Courtyard Glenwood Springs is located off of Midland Avenue and Wulfsohn Road in the Glenwood Meadows shopping and entertainment district. The hotel in Downtown Glenwood Springs is close to Aspen and Vail, as well as Iron Mountain Hot Springs. This is the closest hotel to the Brown residence.
