Typically, you meet someone at a bar, restaurant, or public event and then eventually you invite them to your house...right? Wrong (at least in our case!) The two of us met at Garrett's house when a mutual friend had invited me over to shoot pool. There was an immediate attraction between the two of us, but neither of us had a clue about the other. A few weeks after a spur-of-the-moment weekend spent in Fort Bragg, we both soon realized we had something amazing in the works. The first year of our relationship in Chico was spent enjoying our separate lives coming together and sharing in the things we have in common. We frequently spent weekends in Lake Almanor, had movie nights with his family, fixing trucks in the rain, road-tripping and so many other fun ways to spend time together. Our relationship brought us to Washington in 2019 where we have sprouted our roots. We have experienced great happiness and loss, successful careers, and exploring the diverse land that is Washington. We have spent the last five years forging our lives into one and we can't wait to see what else we accomplish in the years to come.
